Ok, I'm not going to beat around the bush. I never promised you a rose garden. No wait, I mean I never promised you gourmet recipes! It's strawberry season and you get what you get and you don't throw a fit! No, seriously, I hope that you have as much fun with these recipes as I've had. Making them, serving them, and eating them! What you will need:
Jiffy yellow cake mix - which means you will need an egg
muffin pan
non-stick cooking spray
strawberries
whipcream (I like Cool Whip because it's non-dairy)
chocolate chips - milk chocolate or semi-sweet (your preference)
Directions
1. Make yellow cake mix cupcakes according to directions
2. Let cool
3. Mash strawberries.
4. Spoon strawberries over cupcake.
5. Add a dollop of whip cream
6. Sprinkle chocolate chips around the dessert.
7. Eat it up!
