Refreshing Carrotapple Smoothie


This drink has alot of fiber, water, vitamins and sunshine!

Ingredients
2 carrots peeled and chopped
1 large green apple or the apple of your choice , cored and chopped
cold water as needed
1 Tablespoon lemon juice fresh or bottled

Directions
Throw into a blender and press blend!
Enjoy!
