Perfect Grilled Cajun Chicken


Super Easy!
IF you have a double sided grill meaning two flame sources here are the directions.
If you have one I'll include those below.Of course, if you don't know how to use a grill you will have to have someone teach you.


Directions.
Sprinkle seasoning on chicken.
Start with medium heat on left.
Sear for 6 minutes.
Flip over for 4 min.  same place.
Then the same side or second side slide over to the right.
Turn left side on high.
Turn right side on off.  Cook for 20 minutes.
Done!

One heat source.
Start with hot coals ready to cook meat.
Sear for 6 minutes on one side.
Flip over for 4 min.
Turn chicken over.
Cook for 20 minutes.

Of course, check periodically. All grills vary and I don't want you to burn your chicken.  Think of it as your time for meditation. Your chicken is done when the meat thermometer says 160 degrees or if you cut into the chicken and it's not pink anymore. :)
